Purpose of the position
- Response to production of bulk site and guarantee the safety, reliability and effectiveness of operation via tools, skills, management.
- 负责大宗气体现场生产设备的维护，并通过选择和推行适当的工具、技术及方法以达到运行可靠性的目标
- Assist site manager and production engineer on works for safety operation on site.
- 协助现场经理和生产工程师一起完成现场安全生产的各项任务
- Coordinate with LLHCN reliability team on plants maintenance for safety and reliability.
- 与LLH CN可靠性团队一起完成现场设备的维护保养，确保设备安全、可靠运行

Principal responsibilities
- Response reliability and efficiency also maintenance of plants and gaseous products supply system.
- 负责现场生产装置以及气体供应系统生产可靠性和效率，以及维护等各项生产任务
- Critical equipment data management(Documents buildup, management of equipment report or record, CBM report of equipment status and correction report).
- 关键设备数据管理（负责设备档案的建档、设备维修报告或维修记录的整理、状态监测报告及校正报告的分析与归档）
- Routine inspection to the site critical equipment.
- 负责现场关键设备运行状态的日常检查
- Response the condition monitoring to the plants and condition analysis to the plants as well as provide improvement advice base on plants or equipment condition.
- 负责现场设备的状态监测，并基于设备状态监测的数据对设备的运行状态进行分析并对现场的运行提供优化建议
- Coordinate with LLHCN reliability team on making maintenance procedure.与LLH CN
- 可靠性团队一起制定工厂的维修与保养计划
- Participate in emergency troubleshooting of plants or equipment and cause investigation and provide improvement action.
- 参与现场设备故障的紧急抢修并调查故障原因，提出改进方案
- Participate in site operation management and assist site manager & production engineer to communicate with local government.
- 参与现场运行生产管理，协助现场经理和生产工程师与政府部门保持良好的沟通
- Support site EMOC application, participate in plants or equipment safety assessment, e.g. HAZOP,FMEA.
- 负责现场有关EMOC申请的技术支持，参与Hazop、FMEA等设备安全、故障评估工作
- Execute PM&CM from SAP.
- 负责SAP的PM&CM执行
- Spare parts verification and statistic. Procurement application on inventory and products of which less than low limit.
- 负责备品备件的季度清点、建档、库存统计。对于低于警戒线的库存产品及时提出采购申请
- Participate in all safety activities on site.
- 参与现场的所有安全活动
- Absolutely follow rules and policy from company.
- 严格遵守公司的各项规章制度
- Other assignments of being executed from site manager.
- 完成现场经理交给的其它工作任务

Required qualifications/experience
- At least 3-year experience on electric equipment maintenance, instruments monitoring, rotation equipment, reliability.
- 最少3年的电气维护、仪表监控、或旋转设备，及可靠性工作经验
