Principal responsibilities：
— Be responsible for the maintenance of the facilities Linde owned at customer site or customer owned maintain appropriate records. 负责维修维护林德拥有和一些客户所拥有的设备，并做好适当的记录。
— Be responsible for routine inspection, legislative inspection, corrective maintenance, and response to the emergency call from customer. 负责林德资产的常规检查，法定校验，校正性维护，并对客户的的应急电话及时响应等。
— Be responsible for the assets documentation management. 负责资产的档案管理。
— Be responsible for the communication with Government for pressure vessel license, pressure pipeline license, safety appraisal, legislation inspection, etc. 负责与政府相关部门（质量技术监督局，锅检所，计量所，安监局，消防局，管委会等）的沟通并取得压力容器使用证，压力管道使用证，安全评估证书及法定检验证书等。
— Be responsible for the development of engineering designs, proposals, budgeting and the orders together with the installation, commissioning, handover and the training for new and existing customers. 负责工程的设计、建议书和预算的编制、现场安装、调试和工程移交，以及对新客户和现有客户进行培训。
— Be responsible for the progress, cost and quality control of the project he or she managed. and the contractor supervision. 对项目进度、费用和质量负责，对承包商在客户现场的行为进行监督。
— Ensure local local legislation and verious engineering codes, Linde policy and CES standards were strictly performed in daily activities. 确保当地法律法规，行业规范，公司制度和CES标准在日常工作中严格执行。

Required key skills (functional/technical)
— Technical expertise and experience in industrial gases 工业气体领域的技术和相关经验
— AutoCAD, MS Offices 熟练应用微软办公软件和AutoCAD制图
— Problem solving 解决问题能力
— Good hands-on solving良好的动手能力
— Basic English reading skills would be a plus 简单的英文阅读能力

Required qualifications/experience
— Majored in Chemical Process or Engineering, Instrument, Electrical, or Mechanical related化学工艺、化学工程、仪表、电气或机械等相关专业
— Minimum 3years’ experience in chemical equipment maintenance execution 至少三年的化工设备维护经验
