1.Abide by AP policies and regulations, eg. EH&S, HR etc.
2.Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the LUAN LASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery system, product quality control, trailer loading, Routine field/equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant run safely and efficiently.
3.Work closely with shift leader, cooperate leader to complete shift job/ shift management
4.Know clearly relevant process procedures and the operation of all site equipment, and surely can start up or shut down the plant himself. Surely can take ASU plant warm start up or plant defrost by himself.
5.Record daily/monthly production report, and execute daily/monthly routine job.
6.Assist Engineers to implement Preventive maintenance.
7.Attend safety meeting and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, Safety action training and so on)and write safety reports.
8.Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation.
9.Accomplish Operator training course and other cross training course etc. Learn and implement relevant procedure/safety standard
10.Follow safety procedure/safety standard
11.Improve English level gradually, be able to read safety manual and operation manual
12.Can take all of Level1 required skills
